AIM movers: Naked Wines tender offer and Billington bridge delay

Online wine seller Naked Wines (LON: WINE) has launched a tender offer of up to £5.7m at 80p/share. The final decision on the size of the tender at a general meeting on 8 December when there will be a better idea of pre-Christmas trading. The full £5.7m depends on trading being at least in line with the midpoint of the 2026-27 net cash expectation range of £34m to £42m. Interim figures will be published on 11 December. The share price jumped 15.1% to 72.5p.

Foreign exchange services provider Finseta (LON: FIN) has raised £1.57m at 6.1174p/share with most of the cash coming from Homa Holdings, which is owned by Middle East investor Amir Mehrad and is investing in ordinary shares and zero coupon convertible loan notes that will convert to ordinary shares when FCA approval is gained. Homa’s stake will be 19.9%. Alongside the investment Homa will become an affiliate partner and introduce customers. Robert O’Brien is converting his loan notes at 6.1174p/share, taking his stake to 29.9%. This will reduce the interest charge. The share price gained 9.6% to 6.85p.

Investors related to eEnergy Group (LON:EAAS) chairman John Samuel bought 6.14 million shares at 0.325p each. This coincides with Canaccord Genuity publishing a new note on the energy-as-a-service company. Following the £8.3m placing at 0.3p/share net cash should be £1.8m at the end of 2026. A small 2026 pre-tax profit is expected. The share price recovered 8.62% to 0.315p.

FALLERS

Roebuck Food Group (RFG) has raised €9m at 9p/share and trading in the shares has resumed with a fall of 48.8% to 10.5p. Justin McCarthy has become chief executive following the refocusing on greenhouse gas mitigation technology developer Glasport Bio and ruminant feed additive provider Glasport Rumen Tech, which he already runs. The number of farms using the products is expanding. Annual recurring revenues could reach €1.15m by the end of the year. Roebuck plans to take up the option to increase its GlasPort Bio stake from 37.3% to 82.3% in a share deal and it could acquire the rest of Glasport Rumen Tech. This would significantly increase the number of shares in issue. Other businesses will be sold.

Feedback (LON: FDBK) reported full year results in line with guidance with a £3.4m loss. The healthcare communications technology developer continues to suffer from delays in NHS decision making. Cash will last into the first quarter of 2027 if no new contracts are won. It is possible that a contract could be secured before the end of 2026. The share price slumped a further 18.8% to 3.9p.

Builders’ merchant Lords Group Trading (LON: LORD) has agreed revised terms for its bank facilities, but trading has been weak in the plumbing and heating division. Despite growth in the other operations, particularly online, the forecast 2026 loss has been raised from £700,000 to £1.8m and next year’s pre-tax profit recovery reduced from £2.5m to £1.2m. The share price declined 17.4% to 9.5p.

Steel structures supplier Billington (LON: BILN) has slashed its pre-tax profit guidance because of a delay on a bridge project and higher than expected costs on another project. Cavendish has cut its 2026 pre-tax profit forecast from £8.3m to £4m, which is at the bottom of the guidance range. The construction sector remains weak, but profit is likely to improve next year. The share price slipped 16.5% to 342.5p.

Animal treatments supplier Eco Animal Health (LON: EAH) reports that full year revenues will be lower than expected because of a fall in China pork prices reducing them by £12m. Improved gross margins and cost control mean that profit should be in line with expectations of £5.8m in the year to March 2027. The share price dipped 12.6% to 83p.
