Integrated Private Wealth adds four to leadership, advisory bench

New hires at Integrated Partners’ business-owner unit include an ex-Navy chief of staff and a multi-asset research head to deepen liquidity-event planning

Integrated Private Wealth, the business-owner unit of Boston-based registered investment advisor Integrated Partners, has made three hires and one internal promotion as it builds a team for clients preparing for, or emerging from, the sale of a company.

Among the additions, Ron Bowker has joined as chief of staff; Emmett Maguire III as director of multi-asset strategy and research; and Audree Bobinger as associate family advisor. Marquis Richardson has also been promoted to associate family advisor.

The moves add operational, research and planning depth to the unit, which is led by executive director Homer Smith.

“Business owners and families navigating significant financial transitions need more than investment management. They need a team that understands how each decision impacts their broader financial picture,” Smith said.

“By bringing together professionals with complementary expertise across investments, planning and operations, we’re strengthening our ability to help clients navigate complexity with thoughtful, coordinated advice.”

Bowker, a U.S. Navy veteran, brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic leadership, operations, finance and organizational development. He was previously chief of staff and adviser to the CEO at NEOM, and before that director of operations and chief of staff at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology. He will work alongside Smith on strategic initiatives and internal processes.

Maguire will lead investment research and strategy, focusing on tax-aware investing, concentrated-stock positions and portfolios for families with complicated finances. He was most recently principal and managing director of investment platform solutions at F.L. Putnam Investment Management Co., and earlier headed multi-asset research at SVB Private.

Bobinger, also a Navy veteran, has spent nine years in financial services, including an investment advisory role at API Financial Advisors. She also built and led an insurance agency with Symmetry Financial Group. Her work has covered retirement income, estate planning coordination and risk management for business owners and multigenerational families.

Richardson joined the team in 2023 and has worked on investment research, portfolio management and planning tied to tax, estate, business-sale and retirement decisions. He now takes on more responsibility for client relationships.

“Our focus has never been simply on growing the size of our team. It’s about building the right team around the families we serve,” Smith said.

Integrated Partners rolled out IPW in February as a new venture aimed at entrepreneurs going through complex transitions. The model is designed to engage owners well before a transaction, coordinating tax, estate and investment decisions rather than reacting after a deal closes.

The hires follow a milestone at the parent company. This past summer in August, Integrated Partners said it had surpassed $30 billion in assets under advisement, up from approximately $12 billion six years earlier. At the time of the announcement, the firm supported 282 advisors and worked with 253 CPAs through its CPA Alliance, which pairs advisors with accounting firms.

Founded in 1996 by CEO Paul Saganey, the firm is celebrating its 30th year in business.

“We have always believed that advisors grow when they have a committed team in their corner and the freedom to build their businesses in a way that remains true to their own vision,” Saganey said when announcing the milestone.
