We are in search of an HR skilled who can leverage their expertise and experience to supply sensible HR and organizational help to our shoppers, notably these within the hospitality and consumer-facing industries.

▶︎ Key Responsibilities

・Create, replace, and preserve Employee Handbooks and HR insurance policies

・Develop and doc HR insurance policies, tips, and inside processes

・Support shoppers in constructing and enhancing their HR foundations as they develop

・Design and ship coaching applications primarily based on organizational wants

・Provide help throughout areas similar to Organization Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and People Management

・Provide HR recommendation and help to founders, executives, managers, and different stakeholders

・Handle different HR-related initiatives primarily based on consumer wants and your space of experience

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills

・Professional HR expertise within the U.S. or with U.S.-based firms

・Experience supporting HR capabilities inside the restaurant and/or retail industries

・Strong experience in a number of HR disciplines, with hands-on expertise

・Ability to establish HR or organizational challenges and develop sensible options

・Strong communication and stakeholder administration expertise

・Experience working with founders, executives, and managers

・Experience as an HR Consultant, HRBP, HR Manager, or in an analogous position

・Experience in organizational improvement and/or company coaching

・Experience creating Employee Handbooks and/or HR insurance policies

・Experience in RPO, recruiting, or expertise acquisition is a plus

・Experience with startups or high-growth firms is a plus

・Experience offering HR consulting providers to a number of firms or shoppers is a plus
