Job Responsibilities

We’re in search of an FP&A Director to personal our world Financial Planning & Analysis operate end-to-end and turn out to be a strategic associate to our govt workforce, Board, and traders.

What You’ll Do

• Own annual corporate affairs planning, month-to-month forecasting, efficiency administration, and variance evaluation end-to-end.

• Lead our investor relations program, together with technique, cadence, monetary supplies, and messaging.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Finance/FP&A expertise, together with 3–5+ years at Director degree or equal.

• 6+ years of Retail expertise, with e-commerce expertise strongly most well-liked.

• 3+ years of expertise main or immediately contributing to Capital Markets and fundraising initiatives.

• Proven expertise managing and growing Finance groups, together with Manager-level direct experiences.

• Strong command of economic planning, forecasting, monetary modeling, efficiency administration, and corporate affairs evaluation.

• Executive-level communication expertise, with the flexibility to current complicated monetary insights clearly to senior leaders, Boards, and traders.

• Experience working in fast-growing, high-change environments; start-up expertise is extremely valued.
