Madonna Celebrates Daughter Lourdes Leon’s thirtieth Birthday With Touching Tribute: ‘We Are Two Facet Sides of the Similar Coin’
Lourdes Leon is 30!
On Wednesday (October 14), Madonna took to Instagram to share a ton of throwback pictures in honor of her daughter’s milestone birthday.
“Happy Birthday My Lolita!” the 68-year-old Grammy winner started. “You got here to me in a Dream. A fever dream. A Dream known as Life. If I attempted to put in writing all of it down, I might cry a river of tears.”
The “Vogue” singer then went on to recall the day Lourdes was born.
“Your chin was tilted up in my start canal, you had been in search of the celebs you had been caught,” Madonna wrote. “After 18 hours of labor and your heartbeat slowing down, an emergency C-section was the one possibility. Did I point out the helicopters and information crews swirling above our heads on the highest flooring of the hospital in East LA? You’re start was dramatic. Like our lives.”
“Our connection – it’s Biblical,” she continued. “When I ask God to elucidate it to me, he tells me- Look within the mirror! We are Two aspect sides of the identical coin. If what we danger reveals what we worth then I might danger all of it on you.”
“Never neglect who you might be. Little Star, shining brighter than all the celebs within the sky,” Madonna concluded. “Never neglect Dream Butterfly. Never neglect the place you come from. From Love.”
Madonna welcomed Lourdes together with her then-boyfriend, health coach Carlos Leon on October 14, 1996.
Madonna can also be mother to son Rocco Ritchie, 26, whom she shares with ex-husband, filmmaker Guy Ritchie. She can also be mother to son David Banda, 21, daughter Mercy James, 20, and 14-year-old twin daughters Stella and Estere.
Earlier this 12 months, Madonna launched an emotional new song with Lourdes concerning the previous points of their relationship.
