About the Role

We’re hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work straight with technical prospects and assist them get worth from Cekura.

You’ll sit on the intersection of consumers, product, engineering, and GTM. Your job is to deeply perceive how prospects construct brokers, assist them create self-improving loops with Cekura, and switch these learnings into higher product and higher course of.

What You’ll Do

Embed deeply with prospects
Work with prospects to know their agent workflows, onboard them properly, and assist them construct steady loops throughout testing, monitoring, debugging, and enchancment.

Automate product insights
Build programs and workflows that present how prospects use Cekura, the place they get worth, the place they get caught, and the place we must always assist subsequent.

Drive product course
Turn buyer learnings into clear product suggestions, RFCs, and roadmap enter. Help us determine what to construct subsequent.

Build the FDE org
Create the playbooks, processes, and requirements for a way FDE works at Cekura.

About You

• You care deeply about prospects and measurable outcomes.
• You are technical sufficient to learn API docs, examine payloads, debug logs, and purpose about programs.
• You’re snug with APIs, webhooks, fundamental SQL, and Python or JavaScript.
• You talk clearly with each engineers and executives.
• You like ambiguity, transfer quick, and create construction from scratch.
• You use knowledge to know adoption, danger, worth, and influence.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical position at a dev-tool, infra, SaaS, or AI firm.
• Experience working with APIs, logs, dashboards, and buyer debugging.
• Comfort with fundamental SQL and one in every of Python or JavaScript.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Nice to Have

• Early or founding FDE expertise
• Experience with LLMs, AI brokers, voice AI, observability, testing, or evals.

• Experience working straight with technical founders or engineering groups.
