AIM movers: Hutchmed licence deal with GSK and Futura Medical assessing potential sale


Hutchmed (China) (LON: HCM) has secured a $1.3bn licensing deal for the third programme from its ATTC with GSK. HMPL-A830 is a novel KRAS small molecule inhibitor conjugated to an EGFR antibody. This combination allows the toxic payload to be delivered directly to the tumour. The deal secures rights outside of China and related territories. There will also be tiered royalties on net sales. There is a significant upfront payment of $110m. Hutchmed is responsible for the phase 1 development, but after that FSK will take over outside of China. The share price jumped 17% to 210p.

Video games developer Frontier Developments (LON: FDEV) is developing and publishing a game based on Disney’s portfolio of IP. Frontier Developments will fund the game. Full year results will be reported on 9 September. The share price increased 9.12% to 445.75p.

Video editing technology developer Blackbird (LON: BIRD) says net paid elevate.io subscriber growth accelerated in August. Conversion rates are improving after resuming marketing spending. 2.67% of free users have converted to paid subscribers, compared with less than 1% previously. Marketing costs have been cut by nearly two-thirds. The share price perked up 9.09% to 1.2p.

Jangada Mines (LON: JAN) investee companies Fodere Critical Minerals, where it owns 7.8%, and 3.7% owned Axies Ventures are both considering flotations. Copper and gold explorer Axies Ventures could be ready to float before the end of the year. Fodere could list in the US, although it is not as far down the line as Axies Ventures. The share price rose 7.41% to 0.725p.

Shares in video games developer Devolver Digital (LON: DEVO) rebounded 4.62% to 8.5p ahead of the general meeting to gain shareholder approval for its departure from AIM.

Investment company Mindflair (LON: MFAI) led a $1.6m pre-seed investment into Join Souk, a UK business developing AI Partner Manager for business-to-business companies. The share price improved 5.88% to 0.45p.

Gaming marketing technology developer B90 Holdings (LON: B90) announced that its interims will be announced on 21 September. The share price gained 5.88% to 3.6p.

FALLERS

Futura Medical (LON: FUM) has raised £1.6m at 0.2p/share and launched a formal sales process. A retail offer could raise up to £150,000 more. This should provide enough cash to get to February 2027 giving the company time to assess approaches for the business and/or assets. The board believes that the company is undervalued. WSD4000, which is a gel designed to treat impaired sexual response in women, has strong potential. Male erectile dysfunction product Eroxon is showing signs of improved sales. The share price dipped 24.2% to 0.25p.

Xeros Technology Group (LON: XSG) shares slipped 8.62% to 1.325p after the cleaning technology developer revealed that interims would be published on 8 September.

Rducation software and services provider Tribal Group (LON: TRB) reports a rise in interim revenues from £45.3m to £48.9m, while pre-exceptional profit declined from £6.2m to £5.6m partly due to higher amortisation of past development costs. Net cash was £600,000 at the end of June 2026. Full year results should be comfortably in line with forecasts. Underlying pre-tax profit of £12.9m is forecast. The share price fell 3.17% to 61p.

Ex-dividends

BRCK (LON: BRCK) is paying a final dividend of 2.39p/share and the share price declined 2.825p to 48.975p.

Globalworth Real Estate Investments (LON: GWI) is paying an interim dividend of 7 cents/share and the share price slipped 11 cents to 173 cents.

IG Design (LON: IGR) is paying a final dividend of 1p/share and the share price is unchanged at 97p.  

One Health Group (LON: OHGR) is paying a final dividend of 4.2p/share and the share price fell 4p to 288.5p.

RTC Group (LON: RTC) is paying an interim dividend of 5.5p/share and the share price is unchanged at 95p.

Synectics (LON: SNX) is paying an interim dividend of 2.2p/share and the share price rose 2.5p to 195p.
