If there’s one factor the spring/summer 2027 runways made abundantly clear, it is that style is formally completed protecting its underwear underneath wraps. After seasons of sheer materials, exposed lingerie, and the occasional flash of a bra strap, designers are taking the concept of underwear as outerwear one step additional. This time, the bra is not simply a part of the outfit—it is the complete level.

Across New York, Milan, and Paris, the common-or-garden underpinning acquired a glamorous promotion. At Prada, Tom Ford, and Fendi, delicate bralettes and lace-trimmed kinds took the place of conventional tops, and LaQuan Smith, Simone Rocha, and Miu Miu made a case for ornamental iterations.
