For her outing, Brooks wowed in black leather-based corset paired with black leggings, black boots, opera gloves, and sun shades.
The outfit appears to be like precisely like the outfit Pamela wore again in 1995 whereas she attended the Cannes Film Festival to advertise her film Barb Wire.
Joining Brooks in Cannes was her co-star Stephen Amell, who seemed sharp in a blue swimsuit.
