IMF chief says it should 'take time' to revive confidence in France's funds

France will want time to carry its public funds below management and absolutely restore investor confidence, the pinnacle of the International Monetary Fund warned on Wednesday, as rising borrowing prices put renewed stress on the eurozone’s second-biggest marketplace.
