US information new torture prices towards Venezuela's Nicolas Maduro and spouse Cilia Flores
The United States on Thursday charged ousted Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro and his spouse Cilia Flores with conspiracy to commit torture, including to drug trafficking and firearms prices. Prosecutors allege detainees, together with US residents, suffered waterboarding, rape and beatings. The pair stay in US custody following a January army raid.
