With Tropical Storm Isaias anticipated to make landfall in Alabama and develop a hurricane over the weekend, Trump stated he must “let the hurricane decide” whether or not he’ll attend the assembly of undefeated SEC powers.

“Hurricane and soccer. I like Alabama,” Trump instructed reporters on Wednesday, Oct. 7. “I’ve to go to a recreation. Would be awfully onerous. If there’s an emergency, if there is a hurricane, I would not do something to take the main target of all of the of the nice individuals who work in these issues. They have tremendously nice individuals. I do not need to take the main target off.
“We’ll must see. I have never heard a couple of hurricane. If a hurricane goes within the neighborhood of Alabama, that is not good. Certainly I’m going to let the hurricane decide (if I’m going). I need individuals to be secure, that is all.”
