Several folks in Ulladulla, New South Wales, filmed the second a uncommon twister got here by way of the city on 3 October.

The Australian Bureau of Meteorology mentioned the phenomenon was brought on by “extreme” thunderstorms and that it was “very unusual to see one in such a populated place”.
