Position: Sales representative (Hindi / Punjabi)

As part of our growing Remote Sales & Support team, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales and customer support, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle a large number of calls, ensuring a high level of service

• Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and manage deliveries

• Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services

• Use proven selling techniques to turn potential customers into loyal clients

• Native/Fluent Hindi and Punjabi speaker

• Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2 level)

• 1+ years of experience in a sales role

• High-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset

• Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (shifts of 9 am – 6 pm or 2 pm – 11 pm New York Time)

• Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills
