The French Renaissance mansion, referred to as the “Kearns Mansion,” was in-built 1902 and have become the official residence in 1937, in accordance with the state of Utah’s official web site. It has 28 rooms together with six loos, 10 fireplaces, a ballroom, a billiards room, two eating rooms, and three vaults for wine and different valuables, Deseret News reported.

The inside is embellished in bronze, iron, Russian mahogany, and oak from France and England. The mansion has a bowling alley within the basement, and used to have a big steel protected to maintain sweet guarded.

In 1993, a hearth broken the constructing and nearly $8 million was spent restoring the residence, in accordance with Salt Lake City’s City Hall.
